The Plot: Version One
This plot has been written and though of by Duststorm. Do not take it for your own forum; I put my time into this and it is only to be used on Legends of the Forest. I would NOT appreciate it if you stole it!
Legends of the Forest: Version One; The Past Awakens
Great legends have been told, passed on by elders and queens, told to kits and generations of warriors. Some are obviously true, some are not. Sometimes cats do not even know if a legend is true.
There is one legend in particular that stands out, however. There was once a mighty warrior called Darkface, as his face had the darkest fur on his pelt. He was a great warrior, but ambitious. One day he was out hunting by the ShadowClan border with the Clan deputy, Breezefur, and didn't let the chance pass him. He pounced at Breezefur and killed him almost instantly, as he knew that he would be made deputy in Breezefur's place. As he returned to camp with the body of the former deputy, everyone assumed that ShadowClan attacked, and Darkface was made the deputy.
This was not enough; he needed to be a leader. He brang the Clan leader, Thrushstar, to see some "evidence of RiverClan trespassors" one day. Thrushstar was very, very old and on his last life. Darkface told him that RiverClan cats were coming and told him to go up the tree to see. Thrushstar did so, and went to a high branch. Darkface came with him, pretending to want a look, too. But once they were up their upon the branch, Darkface pushed Thrushstar off, and the old leader fell to his death.
Every cat in ThunderClan assumed that Thrushstar died by accident, and Darkface became the new Clan leader; there were surprisingly cats in StarClan who granted him nine lives. He was then known as Darkstar, and had a bloody leadership, trying to take over the forest, but never succeeding.
His death was moons ago, moons beyond counting, but his spirit still roamed the dark skies. As a kit was born in each Clan, he saw his chance, and taught these kits from birth. The kits were Cloudkit, Blackkit, Stonekit, and Silverkit. Darkstar was their mentor as well as their mentors in their Clans; he taught them to be evil and strong, visiting them in dreams, and his spirit along side them as they hunted.
The cats grew into strong warriors. They were Cloudface of ThunderClan, Blackspots of WindClan, Stonegaze of RiverClan, and Silverpool of ShadowClan. But Darkstar still taught them, and together they would take over the forest.. The four cats had gained several loyal followers from their Clans, and were extremely valued by their Clan leaders. But will the Clans see past their loyalties and into the evil that swells in their hearts, or will it be too late?
